Ingredients:

2- Boxes of Athens Mini Filo Shells
1 -8.5 oz box of corn muffin mix
1 egg
1/3 cup milk
2-All beef hot dogs cut up into small pieces
1-Jalapeno pepper (seeded or not depending on your heat level)
Mustard and ketchup if desired

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Place Athens filo shells on a large baking sheet

Mix corn muffin mix with remaining ingredients.

Fill Athens mini filo shells with corn muffin mixture. 3/4 full leaving room for muffin to rise

Bake in preheated oven 8-10 minutes or until fully cooked.

Top with a small squirt of mustard and ketchup if desired

Serve
