15 Athens mini phyllo shells
3 oz chopped white chocolate
3 oz Brie, chopped
¼ cup raspberry preserves
Place ½ teaspoon chocolate in bottom of shell. Top with chopped Brie. Drizzle raspberry preserves on top and bake for 6 to 8 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and top with a raspberry. Serve hot.
The salty Brie, rich chocolate and sweet raspberry are a great combination. Great for a dinner party or a Saturday afternoon barbeque.
