1-1.9 ounce box Athens Mini Fillo Shells (15 shells)
1/3 of 10.5 ounce jar Lemon Curd
1-15.5 ounce 4 pack prepared vanilla pudding (use 2 of the 4 containers)
15 candy corns
orange food coloring (gel preferred)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove shells from outer carton and inner tray. Place shells on baking sheet. Bake 3-5 minutes. Allow to cool before filling.
Combine one container of the vanilla pudding with the orange food coloring. Set aside for later use.
Fill a sandwich baggie with the Lemon Curd. Press the mixture to one corner. Cut the end of tip of the baggie tip off. Pipe the Lemon Curd into the bottom section for each of the 15 Fillos Shells.
Fill individual sandwich baggies with the colored pudding and the vanilla pudding as described above. Pipe the colored pudding into the middle section for each of the 15 Fillo Shells.
Pipe the vanilla pudding into the top section for each of the 15 Fillo Shells.
Top each Fillo Shell with a candy corn.
