Tex Mex Mini Bowls

Ingredients:

16oz Package of processed cheddar cheese
1 lb Hot breakfast sausage
1/4 C. Bread crumbs
1 Jar of your favorite salsa
2 Packages of mini phyllo shells

Instructions:

Cut processed cheese into 1/2 inch cubes and place one in the bottom of each cup. Evenly divide the sausage and use to cover over the cheese. Be sure that it goes to the edge of the shells so the cheese doesn't melt out over the edge. Place bread crumbs into a small bowl and carefully roll the sausage tops in it to evenly coat. Place filled shells on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 10-15 min or until sausage it cooked thru. Serve warm with your favorite salsa on top.
