Ingredients:
1 pkg mini phyllo cups
15 lg shrimp peeled deveined
1 cup tangerine juice
1 tbls horseradish
1/4 cup minced scallions
fresh ground tellicherry black pepper
Instructions:
place phyllo cups on baking sheet . bake for 10 minutes at 350. remove cool.
in a medium non stick skillet cook shrimp,tangerine juice and horseradish 10 minutes .place 1 shrimp in each cup,
1 tbls of sauce and garnish with scallions,season with black pepper.
