1 box Athens mini phyllo cups
1/3 cup lowfat plain Greek yogurt
4 medium strawberries
Preheat oven to 350F.
Put shells in oven to crisp for 5 minutes. Remove and allow to cool for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, hull and quarter strawberries.
Put 1 teaspoon yogurt into each cup. Top with strawberry slice. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with brown sugar.
