Sweet N’ Spicy Orange Chicken Bites

Ingredients:

15 Athens mini fillo shells
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons onion, finely diced
2 tablespoons red pepper, finely diced
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
½ teaspoon sriracha sauce
1 teaspoon orange juice concentrate
1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
15 salted cashews

Instructions:

Sauté onion and bell pepper in butter over low heat until tender. Add hoisin, sriracha and orange juice concentrate. Add chicken and heat until hot. Fill shells with mixture and top with additional hoisin sauce and single cashew. Serve hot.
