15 Athens mini fillo shell
15 seedless grapes, washed, dried
½ cup cream cheese, room temperature
¼ cup chopped walnuts
¼ cup fresh mint
Wash and dry grapes. Roll grapes in cream cheese to coat (You may have to use your fingers to get enough cream cheese to stick.) Roll in walnuts and press onto grape. Place grape in shell and top with mint leaves. Chill before serving.
These grapes take a little effort but the results are wonderful. They are kid friendly but Bleu cheese may be added to the cream cheese for a more adult taste.
