2 oz. cream cheese, softened
½ cup powdered sugar
15 Athens Mini Fillo Shells, thawed for 10 minutes
8 fresh blackberries
1. Prepare the lime: first use a microplane grater to finely grate the lime zest; you will need 1 teaspoon. Next cut the lime in half and squeeze out 3 teaspoons of juice into a small bowl. To this add the lime zest, cream cheese and powdered sugar; stir everything vigorously until well combined.
2. Cut each blackberry in half through its equator. Place a spoonful (1-2 tsp) of the cream cheese mixture into each Athens Mini Fillo Cup and top each with one half of a blackberry. Serve and enjoy!
