Strawberry Layered Dessert Cups

Ingredients:

1 cup of vanilla pudding
1 pint of strawberries
1 package (15ct) of Athens Phyllo cups
1 bar of milk (or dark if you prefer)chocolate
Grand Marnier to taste (can sub. simple sugar syrup)

Instructions:

Melt the chocolate slowly in microwave stirring every 15 seconds until melted. You can also slowly melt on the stove top over med heat taking care not to burn the chocolate.

Spoon about a teaspoon of chocolate in the bottom of each thawed phyllo cup and let harden.

Meanwhile chop or mash strawberries and combine with Grand Marnier or simple syrup to taste, about 3 tablespoons of liquid to 1 cup of chopped strawberries.

You can place strawberries in fridge for up to an hour if you choose. The longer they sit the more the flavors will combine and enhance but this step is not necessary.

Take the prepared vanilla pudding and place one tablespoon in each phyllo cup on top of the chocolate layer.

Top with a teaspoon of the strawberry mixture.

Now you are done! This is a delightful recipe for a Valentines party or as a special snack for your family anytime!
