Ingredients:
15 Athens mini fillo shells
1 cup strawberries, finely diced
2 Tablespoons honey
½ cup whipped topping
15 pastel jelly beans
Instructions:
Combine honey and diced strawberries. Fill shells. With a pastry bag, pipe whipped topping on top of strawberry mixture and twist piping bag to swirl into a flower shape. Top flowers with a jelly bean.
These are healthy little after school snacks the kids will love. Raspberries or blueberries can also be used.
