Ingredients:
1 pkg. Phyllo Shells
8 oz. Italian sweet sausage
1 pkg. frozen spinach
1 Tablespoon Parmesan Cheese
8 oz. shredded mozzarella
Instructions:
Remove sausage from casing and cook in saute pan. Add 1 pkg. thawed spinach. Squeeze to make sure the water is removed. Add the parmesan cheese and mix together. Fill the Phyllo Shells.
Cook for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove and sprinkle with mozzarella. Cook 2 more minutes to melt the mozzarella cheese. Serve warm
