beans,carrot,potato(mixed veggies) 200gms
salt to taste
cumin seeds a pinch
turmeric powdera pinch
chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon
oil 1 tbsp
spice powder1/4 teaspoon
cylantro for arnishing
preparation time 14mins
1.chop all the vegies to medium size
2.take a frying pan and add alittle of oil
3.to that add cumin seeds on low flame add the vegies to that and now add salt and chilipowder to that and mix well.
4.and cover it witha lid for 5mins
5. now remove the lid and check weather the vegies are softened.
6.after that add cilantro for garnishing
7.now fill the curry in the baked fillo shells.
serve hot with coffee.
