2 (15 count) pkg. Athens Mini Phyllo Shells
3/4 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
1 cup chopped smoked barbecue brisket
3/4 cup prepared coleslaw
3 tablespoons thinly sliced green onions (green parts only)
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place mini phyllo shells on a baking sheet. Bake for 3-4 minutes until crisp. Remove from oven. Divide cheese into each. Bake for 3-4 minutes until cheese is melted. Remove from oven. Add 2-3 teaspoons of barbecue to each. Bake for 2 minutes more. Remove from oven. Add slaw onto each then top each with a few slices of green onions. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
