Ingredients:
1 package (15) Athens Mini Fillo Shells
1/2 cup melted chocolate chips
1 cup caramel sauce
1 cup diced apples
2 teaspoons sea salt
Instructions:
Melt chocolate chips in microwave. Use basting brush to paint Athens Mini Fillo Shells with melted chocolate, and place in refrigerator to harden. In a bowl, mix caramel sauce with diced apples. Remove hardened chocolate-covered shells from refrigerator, and fill each with caramel apple mixture. Sprinkle sea salt on top to finish Sea Salt Caramel Apple cups, and serve.
