1 box Athens mini phyllo cups
1/3 cup lowfat plain Greek yogurt
4 medium strawberries
Freshly cracked black pepper
Preheat oven to 350F.
Place shells in oven to crisp for 5 minutes. Remove and allow to cool for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, hull and quarter strawberries.
Put 1 teaspoon of yogurt into each cup. Top with strawberry slice. Drizzle with honey. Lightly garnish with cracked black pepper (a little goes a long way!).
