Ingredients:
1 package Athens Mini Fillo Shells (15 count)
3 3/4 teaspoons chocolate hazelnut spread
15 toasted hazelnut halves
1/3 cup whole milk ricotta cheese
1 teaspoon honey
15 seedless red grape halves
1/4 ounce semi-sweet baking chocolate, grated
Instructions:
Place Athens Mini Fillo Shells on a decorative plate or platter. Spoon 1/4 teaspoon chocolate hazelnut spread into the bottom of each shell. Place 1 toasted hazelnut half in each shell. In a small bowl, mix ricotta with honey. Spoon equal amounts of ricotta mixture over each hazelnut. Place 1 grape half, cut side down over each shell. Sprinkle grated chocolate evenly over each cup. Yield: 15 cups, 7.5 servings
