Red, White & Bacon Bleu Sliders

Ingredients:

15 Athens mini Phyllo shells
8 small party size meat balls cut in half
2 tablespoons diced red onion
2 tablespoons crumbled bleu cheese
2 tablespoons bacon cooked and crumbled

Instructions:

Place half meatball flat side up into a mini Phyllo shell. Sprinkle crumbled bacon on top of the meat ball. Sprinkle diced red onion over the top of the bacon.Top with crumbled Bleu cheese. Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes.

Your guests will love these crunchy bacon bleu sliders for your 4th of July party or at any party gathering.
