Ingredients:
15 Athens mini fillo shells
5 red velvet cupcakes
1½ cup cream cheese frosting
15 chocolate Kisses
2 tablespoons red sprinkles
Instructions:
Bake fillo shells at 350 degrees for 5 to 8 minutes. Combine cupcakes and ½ cup frosting in a bowl. Roll into 1 inch balls. Place tiny amount of frosting in bottom of shells and place a ball in each shell. Ice balls with remaining frosting and place kiss in center. Top with red sprinkles.
Easy to make and your kids will love the crunchy fillo shell. Tastes kind of like eating a cupcake in an ice cream cone. (And no cupcake paper mess)
