Ingredients:
15 Athens mini fillo shells (1 box)
1/4 cup seedless raspberry jam
1/4 cup mixed valentine sprinkles
8 ounces mascarpone cheese
15 fresh raspberries
Instructions:
Insert each shell top into jam to coat the tip only. Place sprinkles into a small condiment bowl. Dip the jam coated tips into the sprinkles. Mix remaining jam in a small bowl with cheese. Use a melon ball scoop or teaspoon to place even amounts of cheese into each cup. Lightly press a raspberry onto the top of cheese. Serve immediately. Makes 15 desserts.
