Ingredients:
15 Athens mini fillo shells
¾ cup lettuce, finely shredded
8 grape tomatoes, sliced
2 Tablespoons bacon pieces
2 Tablespoons raspberry vinaigrette
Instructions:
Bake shells at 350 degrees for 5 minutes. Cool. Place lettuce in the bottom of shells and top with bacon and tomatoes. Drizzle with raspberry vinaigrette. Serve and enjoy.
