Ingredients:
1 box Athens Mini Fillo Shells
4-5 average sized kiwi fruits
16 oz. container of fruit dip (white)
Yellow food coloring
Instructions:
Mix yellow food coloring with fruit dip until desired color is achieved. Spoon into shells.
Carefully peel kiwis and cut 1/4 inch slices. Cut twelve of the slices into sixths. Cut 18 "shamrock stems" from the remaining kiwi slices. Arrange four slices and one stem on each shell to look like shamrocks.
Use any leftover fruit dip to decorate serving dish.
NOTE: Fruit dip is available in most supermarket produce departments.
