1 Cup Milk
1 1/2 cup Bisquick
1 Cup finely chopped onion
1 stick of butter
10 ounce block cheddar cheese - I use Cracker Barrel Gold
Preheat oven to 400
Coarsely grate cheese
Saute onion in 1/2 of butter
Mix bisquick, egg, milk, 1/2 of cheese and sauteed onion together
Spoon mixture into fillo shells about 3/4 full. Add more cheese on top. sprinkle generously some of the poppy seeds and drizzle some of the additional butter on top.
Bake for 12-15 min or until golden brown.
