Ingredients:
1½ Tablespoon pistachio pudding mix
¾ cup crushed pineapple, with juice
1 cup whipped topping
¼ cup miniature marshmallows, cut in half
15 Athens mini Phyllo shell
Instructions:
Combine pudding mix and crushed pineapple. Fold in ½ cup whipped topping. Reserve remaining ½ cup for garnish. Stir in marshmallows. Chill until set. (About 30 minutes.) Spoon mixture into phyllo shells. Garnish with remaining whipped topping.
