Ingredients:

1 pkg. Athens Mini Fillo Shells
1 cup leftover chopped roast beef
3/4 cup purchased roast beef gravy
1 tablespoon purchased horseradish
1-1/4 cups leftover mashed potatoes
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions:

Arrange fillo shells on a baking sheet in a single layer. Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl mix roast beef and gravy until blended. Spoon about one tablespoon beef mixture into each fillo cup. In another bowl stir horseradish into the mashed potatoes until blended. Top each fillo cup with about 1 tablespoon mashed potatoes. Then sprinkle 1 tablespoon cheese over each. Bake in a 350 degrees oven got 8-10 minutes, until bubbly and cheese is melted. Serve immediately. Makes 15.
