Ingredients:
15 Athens mini fillo shells
1 cup hummus
¼ cup pesto
2 teaspoons pine nuts
1 small red pepper
1 small orange pepper
½ teaspoon Sriracha sauce
Instructions:
Dice orange pepper into tiny pieces. Thinly slice red pepper. Combine hummus and diced orange pepper. Fill shells. Place Sriracha sauce top of hummus. Combine pine nuts and pesto. Top shells with mixture and garnish with sliced red pepper.
Sriracha sauce is a hot pepper sauce used on Thai food. A little goes a long way so adjust amount according to taste.
