1 package mini fillo shells
1 can Comstock apple pie filling
3 Tablespoons softened butter
2 Tablespoons powdered sugar
Set oven to 375 degrees
Place fillo shells on a non-stick cookie sheet. Using a pastry brush to dab the insides of each shell. Set aside.
Pour pie filling into a food processor and chop at regular speed for a few minutes (do not mince) or smash with a potato masher.
Using one cup of the mix, pour 1 tablespoon into each shell. Bake the shell for no more than 5 minutes.
Dust with powdered sugar.
