Ingredients:
15 Athens mini fillo shells
½ cup reduced fat peanut butter
1 cup apples, chopped
2 Tablespoons granola
3 Tablespoons honey
Instructions:
Bake shells at 350 degrees for 5 minutes. Place peanut butter in bottom of shells. Top with apple. Sprinkle with granola and drizzle with honey.
A great way to get the kids involved in healthy snacking.
