Ingredients:
15 Athens mini fillo shells
¾ cup cooked beef, shredded
1/3 cup brown gravy
¾ cup mashed potatoes
2 Tablespoons fresh thyme
Instructions:
Combine hot beef and gravy. Fill shells. Place mashed potatoes in pastry bag and pipe potatoes on top of beef. Broil shells for 1 or 2 minutes or until top is browned. Place thyme leaves on top and enjoy!
