1/2 cup Duck Sauce
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons Mongolian Fire oil, plus some for garnish
1-1/2 cups bite-size boneless, skinless fresh chicken breast meat
1 cup broccoli florets cut into bite-size pieces
2 boxes Athen's Mini Fillo Shells
Mix together Duck Sauce and Soy Sauce. Set aside.
Heat oil in nonstick skillet over medium high heat until hot. Saute chicken 3 to 4 minutes until fully cooked. Stir in the Duck Sauce mixture. Fold in the broccoli and heat for 1 minute. Divide mixture among all shells. Sprinkle 4 to 5 drops of Fire Oil over each filled shell and serve.
