1 cup cranberry juice
1 cup dried mission figs quartered
2 packages Athens Mini Fillo shells
1 wedge brie cheese brine cut off and cut into small pieces
In a small sauce pan over medium heat add figs and cranberry and heat until reduced.
Pre-Heat oven to 350 degrees
Arrange Athens Mini Fillo Shells on large baking sheet.
Cut Brie into pieces small enough to fit into pasty cups with kitchen shears.
Bake in oven until warmed through (about 5-10 minutes) and cheese is melted.
Top with a generous spoonful of fig reduction.
