Ingredients:
1/2 10-ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1/4 cup scallions, minced
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 cup fresh dill, minced
1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
2 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup farmer (or cottage) cheese
1 tablespoon grated Kefalotyri (or Parmesan) cheese, grated
1 egg
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
In food processor, combine spinach with scallions, parsley, dill, cheeses, eggs, salt and pepper. Process until smooth.
Divide the filling evenly among the shells.
Bake in preheated 350ºF oven for about 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve immediately.
