Mini Quiche Cups

Ingredients:

-2 packs of Athens Mini Phyllo Shells
-3 eggs
-1/4 cup milk
-shredded cheddar cheese
-ham diced into tiny cubes (or bacon crumbled)
-dash salt
-dash pepper

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven 350
2. Arrange Phyllo cups on baking sheet
3. Crack eggs into a bowl and add milk, and salt and pepper whisk until combined
4. toss ham or bacon and cheese into egg mixture mix until cheese and meat is dispersed throughout egg mixture
5. Spoon mixture into phyllo cups
6. Bake in oven until quiche sets or a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean
7. Serve and Enjoy
