Ingredients:

2 pkg. Athens Mini Phyllo Shells
1/2 lb. Sage Sausage (Jimmy Dean)
4 ounces Cream Cheese (room temperature)
1 tsp. Minced Onion
1/2 tsp. Cracked Black Pepper

Instructions:

Heat oven to 325 degrees.

Cook Jimmy Dean Sage Sausage in hot pan - add chopped onion. In the meantime, place Mini Phyllo Shells in the bottom of a tart pan. Fill each shell with Sausage and Cheese Mixture - top with a tbs. of cream cheese - top with cracked pepper. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 - 15 minutes.
