2 packages Mini Fillo Shells
2 packages of Fresh Mushrooms
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 cup of Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 cup of Real Bacon Bits
1. Wash and pat dry fresh mushrooms.
2. Utilizing a food processor chop mushrooms into small pieces (this can be accomplished with a knife as well)
3. Mix mushrooms, mayonnaise, cheese, and bacon bits together gently.
4. Fill each mini fillo shell with the filling mix.
5. Bake for 5-8 minutes until filling becomes golden brown.
