Chef's Choice - 1-2-3-4 Mini Fillo Shells Recipe Contest

Ingredients:

1 box Athens mini phyllo shells
1/3 cup jalapeno flavored refried beans
1/3 cup fire roasted salsa
1/3 cup chive sour cream
15 black olive slices

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350F.
Place 1 teaspoon of refried beans into each cup. It's easier if you do this while the cups are in the package. Then top with 1 teaspoon of salsa in each cup. Bake for 8 minutes. Remove from oven. Top with one teaspoon of the chive sour cream, followed by one slice of black olive for each cup. Turn around and make more. Lots more.
