1 packages (1.9 ounce) Athens mini fillo shells
1/4 of a roll refrigerated sugar cookie dough at room temperature
¼ cup blueberry preserves
1 tablespoon flour
Preheat oven 350 degrees F.
Place mini fillo shells on a baking sheet. In a medium bowl crumble cookie dough. Reserve 2 tablespoons of cookie dough. Press 1 teaspoon of dough into bottom and upsides of each fillo shell. Spoon blueberry preserves into center of each shell. In a small bowl mix flour with reserved cookie dough. Sprinkle over blueberry filling. Bake 13 -15 minutes or until cookie is light brown and the filling is hot. Allow to cool for 5 minutes. Makes 15 servings.
