2 8oz. Steaks - Prefer Filet, but can sub Ribeye
1 Package Phyllo Dough
1 Cup Roasted Cashews
1 Cup Wild Rice - Cooked
Cook steak and cut into bit size pieces. Cook wild rice according to package directions. Layer a pirce of steak, 1 Tablespoon wild rice and 1 Tablespoon cashews. Cover with Phyllo dough and bake.
Serve with steak sauce and hollandaise sauce.
