2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 cup diced fresh strawberries plus 3 whole strawberries
2 Tbsp. orange juice
4 oz. cream cheese
1 15 count package Athens Mini Fillo Shells
Melt butter in small saucepan and stir in sugar to dissolve. Then add strawberries and saute on medium high heat for a minute, stirring to coat berries. Add orange juice and cook mixture for 3-4 minutes more, until berries are tender and sauce is somewhat reduced. Transfer mixture to bowl to cool to room temperature, then add cream cheese and stir or whisk until no cream cheese lumps remain. Slice whole strawberries and quarter to make wedges. Place one wedge into each fillo cup. Top with cream cheese mixture to fill each shell. Garnish each with another strawberry wedge.
