Ingredients:
1 Package Athens Mini Fillo Shells
15 Cooked Shrimp- shelled and deveined
1/ cup softened cream cheese
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tbs finely chopped chives (snip with scissors)
2 large strawberries
2 tbs basalmic vinegar
2 slices prosciutto
Instructions:
1.Cooked Mini Shells as instructed package, or until crisp.
2. Slice strawberries very thin and macerate (soak) in basalmic vinegar.
3. Mix together cream cheese with lemon and chives.
4. Slice prosciutto in half, then slice vertically.
5. Pipe or spoon a little of cream cheese mixture into cooled shells.
5. Wrap each a shrimp and a strawberry slice with a piece of proscutto.Place on top on cream cheese in shell. (Alternately, chop proscutto slices into smaller pieces and place on top of cream chesse and add shimp and strawberry slice.
