Kolokithopita

Ingredients:

6-8 whole green onion mined
6 tbsp. butter
1 cup feta cheese crumbled
1 cup small cottage cheese curd
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup grated cheese
1/4 cup parsley
5 eggs beaten
1 pd phyllo
1- 1 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions:

In large skillet melt butter and onions till butter absorb. In large bowl combine all cheese, parsley and eggs. Than add the onions. Grease a 11 x 14 pan and lay the layers in pan, brush with melted butter.Add a thin layer of filling. Top with more phyllo , brush with butter and add more filling, do this till one package (not two) is gone. Top with last dough and brush with butter and bake 350 for 45 - 55 minutes till golden brown
