Ingredients:
15 Athens mini cups
1 cup shredded rotissery chicken
1 1/2 cups chopped mushrooms
8 oz cream cheese
2 TB dried thyme
2 TB butter
Instructions:
in saute pan melt butter. add mushrooms and cook until soft. add thyme. add cream cheese and mix until melted. turn off heat. mix in shredded chicken. spoon mixture into Athens mini shells ( heaping ) and bake according to mini shell instructions. let cool ten minutes before enjoying!
