Ingredients:
1 cup shrimp
2 tablespoons butter
½ container of cream cheese with chives
8 mini phyllo cups
Creole seasoning
¼ cup pepper jelly
½ cup chopped pecans
1 tablespoon brown sugar
Instructions:
Sauté shrimp in 1/2 of the butter until pink and set aside to cool. Chopped fine. Combine cream cheese, shrimp and seasoning. Place in phyllo cups. Top with pepper jellly. Toast pecans in a pan with other half of butter and add brown sugar until coated. Let cool and place on top of bites.
