Italian fillo tarts

Ingredients:

1 1.9 oz package mini fillo shells
1/4 lb bulk mild italian sausage
15 tsp jarred mariana or pasta sauce
1/2 half cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Place mini shells on a baking sheet' bake in tje oven for 2 minutes.
While shells are baking, place the bulk sausage in a preheated non stick frying pan- Cook at medium heat while breaking the sausage down into a crumble. Cook until there are no more signs of pink in the meat. Divide the sausage amount the fifteen shells. Top with one tsp of the sauce and the divide the 1/2 mozzarella evenly over the shells. Place back in the oven and cook for 10 minutes. Let sit for one or two minutes before serving.
Total prep time is approximately 15 minutes.
