Ingredients:
30 Athens Mini Fillo Shells (2 boxes)
1 log (5 ounces) garlic and herb flavored soft goat cheese
15 frozen appetizer meatballs, thawed and each cut in half
2/3 cup hickory smoked flavor barbeque sauce
2/3 cup crushed canned French fried onions
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Place mini shells on baking sheet with sides. Spread about 1 teaspoon goat cheese into bottom of each cup. Gently press one of the meatball halves into each cheese filled cup. Drizzle about 1 teaspoon barbeque sauce over each meatball; sprinkle with about 1 teaspoon crushed French fried onions. Bake in preheated 350ºF oven for 5-7 minutes. Serve Warm
