1 box (15 count) Athens Mini Fillo Shells, thawed
1 ripe banana, peeled and sliced into 15 rounds
1 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup crushed pineapple
3 tablespoons sugar
15 pecan halves
Press a banana round into bottom of each Fillo Shell, mashing slightly as necessary. In mixing bowl, beat whipping cream with sugar until stiff peaks form. Fold in crushed pineapple. Spoon whipped cream mixture into each Fillo Shell. Top each with a pecan half. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
