1 package Athens fillo cups (15)
2 jalapeno peppers
6 TBL cream cheese,softened
6 TBL sharp cheddar cheese, grated
6 TBL cooked bacon, chopped
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Place fillo cups on a baking sheet .
Combine cream cheese, cheddar and bacon in a small microwavable bowl. Stir. Microwave for 1 minute, stir again to combine.
Slice each jalapeno into 8 slices.
Finely chop 1 slice and add to the mix. Microwave for another 30 seconds.
Place a heaping spoonful of mixture in each cup.
Top each with a slice of jalapeno.
Bake 7-9 minutes until bubbly.
Yields 15 popper.
Note: seed jalapeno for less heat.
