15 Athens Mini Phyllo Cups
2-3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/3 to 1/2 cup chopped fresh ham (not deli sliced)
1/2 cup double creme French style Brie
2-3 tablespoons fig preserves
Preheat oven to 350F. Remove phyllo cups from freezer and place on a baking sheet.
Place a small amount of Dijon mustard at the bottom of each cup. Next, add a few small pieces of ham to each cup. Then add Brie to each cup. The cups should be nearly full at this point. Top each with some fig preserves. Bake for 5 minutes. Hurry up and make more because these go fast!
