1 large peach cut into wedges
1/2 cup prepared vanilla pudding
12 Phyllo cups, thawed
Preheat a grill to medium high heat. Spray both sides of each of the peach wedges with cooking spray.
Grill peaches on the hot grill grate until grill marks appear-be careful to not let peaches fall through the grate. Transfer grilled peaches to cutting board.
Divide the pudding between the cups. Coarsely chop the peaches and divide between the cups. Garnish each with a dollop of whipped cream.
