Ingredients:
1 package (15) Athens Mini Fillo Shells
1/2 cup packaged pre-made guacamole
1/2 cup grilled chicken, shredded
1/4 cup salsa
1/4 cup sour cream
Instructions:
Bake Athens Mini Fillo Shells at 350 degrees for 5 minutes, or until crisp. Spoon guacamole (I used Wholly Guacamole) into each shell, filling halfway. Press grilled shredded chicken into the guacamole, filling each cup. Add 1/2 teaspoon of salsa to each shell, top all with 1/2 teaspoon of sour cream, and serve.
